Dear Student,
Welcome to Interior Design I class!!!
I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Cristina Magno, and I am honored to be your teacher this semester. I am looking forward to a great semester. We will have many opportunities to learn and grow in the days ahead.
Each student is asked to bring the following supplies to school:
*OPTIONAL: Permanent markers, colored pencils , etc.
My grading policy is: Classwork: 10%; Homework: 10%; Projects: 35% Quizzes: 10% and Tests: 35%.
Mrs. Magno’s expectations:
-- Be prompt to class.
-- Come to class prepared to learn.
-- Raise your hand before speaking.
-- Treat each other with respect.
-- Ask for Mrs. Magno’s permission to go to the restroom or go to drink water; and then take the pass and go.
-- No food or drink in class (only water).
-- Remain in your seats until dismissed.
-- In the case of tardies, absences and usage of cell phones please check Mrs. Magno's policies. All policies were presented, discussed and reviewed in class. Any question please contact Mrs. Magno.
-- Have a great attitude!!!
Late assignments will be taken off 10 points per day. No LATE work will be accepted after 5 days from the due date.
If you are absent: It is YOUR responsibility (the day you return) to speak with Mrs. Magno about making up your missed assignments and/or tests. If no arrangements are made... You will be given a grade of ZERO!!!
Failure to put name on assignments – ZERO will be given. If it is claimed: deduct 10 points on the assignment.

- 1 watercolor pad or mix media pad, 1 scrapbook paper pad, 1 binder (hardcover (1 1/2") and sheet protectors, ONLY for Interior Design, please!
- Pens/Pencils (no red please!!!)
- 2 glue sticks or more.
- 2 scotch tapes
- 2 or more magazines-Interior Design - Old or new!!! Please, there is no need to buy magazines.
- Anything else that is needed will be announced later in the semester.
